Set on a rivers edge, this beautiful modern house was built by SeaBreeze Design in 2011. While not a heritage listed house itself, the pillars and various restored sandstone elements give a heritage feel while still keeping that modern edge.
From the photographs, you will see the magnificent kitchen compliments its spectacular views. All lights and blind shutters throughout the kitchen and entire home are controlled using an internal control system named ‘Seabust’ that can be accessed from your phone or computer.
Downstairs on the right hand side is a double garage and at the back you will find a bathroom, laundry room and trough to a fourth bedroom (which has been utilised as a gym) which then leads on to the spacious backyard.
Keeping inline with the modern feel, this home’s roof was designed to appear as if it were floating on glass.
