A rather ambitious Client wanted to render unusable drainage land into enough space to hold 2 houses. The landscaping was overlooked but during the course of our engagement we brought the 2 homes to a great modern finish and devised a removable surface structure to meet both Councils approval and the practical strength required to make it a normal landscape. We sourced far and wide where we could to save money but put more resources into the tell tale finishes like reveals, full height tiles and stone surfaces.
Built over a storm water channel, we installed modular floating landscaping components, enabling us to bridge over and completely disguise the drainage channel. It was done quite economically and it certainly created more valuable usable site meters. Paul bricked the entrance himself with our signature of giving each build that personalised touch of art. A real investment winner.
